Fantastic Stay Near the Opera House!
superb location beautiful view clean room comfortable bed
The location is unbeatable! I walked to the opera house in under five minutes. My room featured a fine view of the harbor and opera house. The room was very clean. I loved the extra comfy bed!
I noticed that the front-line staff at the entrance seemed a bit stressed during drop-off and pick-up.

extensive buffet friendly staff amazing location
the location was amazing. i found the proximity to the opera house very convenient. the breakfast buffet was also extensive and the staff were friendly.
the gym had limited equipment.

room upgrade amazing view attentive staff outdated pool tv subtitle arrival assistance
I was happy with my room upgrade to the 30th floor. i could see an amazing view (the city looked so serene). the staff were very attentive also. baggage was delivered to my room. It made settling in much easier.
the pool looked outdated. i expected more from a hotel of this reputation. the tv did not allow subtitles, so it was hard to follow (and i struggled a little). i expected better assistance upon arrival.

superb hotel experience
great location helpful staff equipped gym
The location is excellent and very close to city landmarks. staff are friendly and very helpful. I appreciated this greatly. the gym was well equipped with machines and weights. the pool and sauna facilities are clean.
the city view aspect was terrible. i looked onto the next doors roof, it wasn't ideal though i didn't spend much time looking out the window.

the hotel boasts a prime location. getting out of the hotel on the left gives immediate access to the bridge. the opera house is just to the right. this is unbeatable.
